This a very prospective, positive news for the residents and investors of Mahabubnagar district. The Union Governments Road Transport & Highways minister Nitin Gadkari has given a nod to the highway project of about 60.25 km ORR like a project to the Mahbubnagar District. The union government has given technical and administrative approvals for the construction of a 60.25 km highway project.
The state tourism minister Srinivas Goud has expressed his happiness over the proposed highway. As part of package-1, the Rs 704 crore road from Boothpur to Amistapur, Palamuru University, Veerannapeta, Chindrapalli, Hanwada, and Kosgi to Dudhala Gate will be a beacon for the town of Mahabubnagar. The center has responded to the requests and letters made by the CM KCR for the establishment of Central Surface Transport and Highways. He said that in package-2, estimates have been submitted to connect Chincholi Highway in Karnataka from Dudhala Gate to Kodangal and Tandoor.
On the occasion, CM KCR and Srinivas Goud thanked union minister Nitin Gadkari and expressed exuberance. The proposed highway would create a prospect in the real estate boom if this project takes its wings on. Mahabubnagar town is very parallel to Hyderabad and this project would become a boon and create opportunities for districts development.
